Using this site
By using this site and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please don't misuse the site or try to interfere with it.
Products and pricing
Prices are in US dollars. We work hard to keep descriptions and prices accurate, and if we spot an error we may correct it or cancel and refund an affected order.
Orders
An order is accepted when we ship it. We may limit quantities or decline an order, and if we do, you won't be charged.

Using our products
D'Arganette products are cosmetics for everyday use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Patch test on a small area first, follow the directions and warnings on the label, and stop using a product if you notice irritation. Check the ingredient list for anything you're allergic to.
Reviews and content you send us
If you submit a review or photo, you confirm it's yours and give us permission to display it on our site and in marketing. We only publish reviews from real customers.
Our content
The D'Arganette name, logo, photos, illustrations and text belong to us. Please don't copy them without permission.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. The site is provided as is.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
