Do I need an account to order?
- You can make an order without an account. But, we highly recommend making one so you can easily see your order details.
What credit cards do you accept?
- We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover (Discover: Valid on US orders only). We also accept PayPal when applicable. If you have a preferred method of payment that we don’t offer, please email so that we can look into it.
- However, at this time we are not accepting any gift cards, banking gift cards, international credit cards, checks or money orders.
How do I check the status of my order?
- We understand that you are eagerly waiting for your products.
- To check the most up to date status of your order, simply log into your DArganette.com account and select “Order History” in the “My Account” page.
- If you still have questions about your order, please contact our customer care team here with your order number found in your order confirmation email and we will get back to you ASAP.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
- We do our best to ship our products quickly. If you would like to modify your order, please contact customer care here.
- We will do our best to modify the order, but we do not guarantee that the order will be modified or cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- Please include your order number and details regarding why you would like to cancel or how you would like to modify your order.
What should I do if my order goes missing or I receive an incorrect order?

- In order to ensure we address your concerns in a timely fashion, we expect all order issues to be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Do you process orders during weekend and public holidays?
- Sorry! Our warehouses are closed during weekends and Public Holidays, therefore, your orders will be processed on the next working day.
How much is sales tax? (For US orders)
- We are required by law to collect state sales tax. All applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated during the checkout process.

What is your return & refund policy?
- If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of your purchase. We only accept returns for items purchased through www.darganette.com.

- We will issue a refund for the price you paid for the product to the original purchaser’s method of payment. Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
- We are not responsible for any claims arising from counterfeit products or from purchases of products from unauthorized sellers.
When will I get my refund?
- Please note that the time taken for a payment services provider to provide you with your refund can vary depending upon the payment provider. If you do not receive your refund within 14 business days, please contact our customer care team for assistance!

Can I get a refund if the price has changed?
- Ah, you missed a great promotion. We understand how frustrating this could be. However, we are unable to extend any promotions for orders placed outside of the promotional period as this would be unfair to the rest of our customers. We’re so sorry for any inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding!
What if my products arrived damaged?
- If you have received damaged or faulty items, please contact customer care here and provide details (including photos) within 7 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please include your order number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.
Does D’Arganette Ship Internationally?
- D’Arganette accepts orders that are billed and shipped to locations in the continental United States and Singapore. We regret that we are unable to ship to U.S. Territories and other international addresses, and apologize for any inconvenience.
- D’Arganette does not ship to freight forwarding companies or export agents.
How much does shipping cost in the US?
- All deliveries within continental United States will be sent by standard shipping at a subsidized rate of US$7 and standard shipping within continental United States is FREE for all orders above US$50. (Standard shipping is USPS and/or UPS Mail Innovations. The package will be ship via UPS and delivered by your local USPS).
- Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee and will be available at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping options are available for Monday through Friday delivery, excluding holidays.
How much does shipping cost in Singapore?
- All local deliveries in Singapore will be sent by local 3rd party courier at a subsidized rate of S$5.00, and local delivery within Singapore is FREE for all orders above S$60.
- Expedited Shipping is not available at this time.
How long will my delivery take? (USA orders)
- All orders will be processed within 2 working days, and delivery should take place within 7-10 working days after that.
- These delivery times are just estimates and are subject to possible delays, particularly during festive periods.

Does D'Arganette test on animals?
- Our products have NOT been tested on animals—we are strictly against animal cruelty.
Are the products vegan?
- There are no animal-derived ingredients in any of our products. We are strictly vegan.
What fragrances are used in the masks?
- We use very small amounts of essential oils to achieve the amazing aroma our products give. They may also give a tingling effect on the skin which feels amazing while the remaining ingredients cleanse your skin.
Why are there color differences between images and batches?
- There may be slight variations in color, scent, and texture depending on the season, temperature, and time. Natural oils can vary in color and scent from year to year, this is the nature of natural ingredients. So if you do notice slight changes, this is simply nature's way of adapting.
