What we collect
When you order or contact us, we collect your name, email, shipping address and order details. Payments are handled by our payment processor, and we never see or store your full card number. We also collect basic site activity, like pages viewed and which ad brought you here, through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
- To process and ship your order, and email you about it.
- To answer your questions and handle returns.
- To understand how the site is doing and to measure and improve our ads.
- To send you news and offers, only if you ask for them. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
We share only what's needed with service providers: payment processors, shipping carriers, email and analytics tools, and advertising platforms such as Meta. We don't sell your personal information.
Cookies and ads
We use cookies and the Meta Pixel to remember your bag and measure ad performance. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and adjust ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information, or opt out of marketing emails, by writing to [email protected].
Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
