From a Texas bathroom shelf to a trip to Morocco and back.
How it started
I live in Texas, where it's hot and humid pretty much forever, so I never gave dry skin a second thought. Then work started sending me to colder, drier places, and my skin definitely noticed. My whole plan was a regular moisturizer.
Then I went to Morocco, where people swear by argan oil, the stuff everyone calls liquid gold. I was skeptical, so I did what you do and went down a research rabbit hole. I called my friend Serene, who has tried thousands of skincare products and has opinions about every one of them.
We figured argan oil was a great start, but the real fun would be a blend of natural oils. That project became D'Arganette.
The jars
We built our oil blend first. Then we wanted something to go with it, so we made face masks around the same natural oils. Four jars, four little rituals: a morning reset, a lunch break clay mask, an overnight cozy mask, and a silky serum for evenings.
Why do the jars look so fancy?
Because we made them with love and a little too much shimmer. The pastel gradients and silver foil are the grown-up part of D'Arganette, the kind of jar you'd keep on a nice shelf.
